Instead of just hoping you’re nailing technique, your coach can watch your training videos and give you feedback, and answering questions along the way. Maybe you love jiu jitsu, or want to do an Iron Man, or an old injury is throwing you for a loop. Your coach will design a program that meets your individual needs, and keep it challenging, fun, and safe.
Do you wonder if you’re eating the right amount for your needs? Your coach will connect the dots between your training and nutrition, and make sure you’re sleeping well and recovering between sessions too.
BTDM helps athletes of all levels look good and move well in all phases of life. Your coach will begin with a conversation, and get to know what you want to accomplish – and what’s held you back in the past. Get your first strict pull-up – or 30 Muscle Ups for time. Build muscle where you want it – while still having energy for work and kids at the end of the day.
Custom workouts are created for you every week based on your priorities and what motives you to train, as well as your initial movement assessment. So you’ll stay safe and still make progress – and as your needs change over time, your coach will adjust your plan.

We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to nutrition – but we do believe in helping you find out what works best for you. Whether you want to overhaul your eating or slowly make a few tweaks over time, your coach will align your nutrition plan to your training and overall goals, and make sure it feels sustainable and enjoyable. Talk to your coach about accountability in ways that work for you – whether that’s a food log or just a once in awhile check in on how things are going.
Consultation - After requesting an online consult, you’ll have a one on one Zoom call and fill out a detailed intake to get to know your background and goals.
Assessment - Your coach will check your mobility and get a baseline on your strength, conditioning, and how you move – accounting for your level and any past injuries. You can upload videos and feedback right to the TrainHeroic app for your coach to see. You may also log your eating, sleeping, and stress for a few days depending on your goals.
Custom Plan - Every week you’ll see new workouts that will progress thoughtfully toward your goals. Your coach will check your videos and feedback throughout the week, and you’ll get a 30-minute call with your coach to check in once a month. Nutrition info goes right into the app as well.
